Some people have expressed concerns regarding difficulties to get refunds from sites marketing through clickbank. While some individual vendors probably respond poorly or not at all when making such claims directly to them, instead going through Clickbank should work every time. Clickbank may allow some questionable products to be promoted, but them themselves still rely on keeping a fair reputation as to the acceptance of refund requests.
Anyway, if you feel you want a refund, visit http://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm and fill out the form with order number etc and let them know. They may reply asking “what they can do” to make you happy with the product etc but just insist that you want a refund and they should accept the request without much hassle.
